Meet Crystal

I’m Crystal, I am a family and portrait photographer located 45 minutes north of Minneapolis, MN in Cambridge. I am married to an amazing man (one who cooks me delicious food all of the time), and have three wonderful sons that make me so proud.

Logan is 22, he just graduated college and just bought his first home close by! Lucas is 18 and found a job he loves as a mechanic and has plans to buy his own home soon! Landon is 17 and loves to fish and be outdoors! He plans to become a lineman. Basically all of my clients know about the boys as they’re the highlight of my life and the nicest people I’ve ever met! They treat me so well and inspire me!

My sons see how much I love what I do and they see joy every time I get home from a photoshoot. Showing them what it is like to love your life is so important to me. My job is also my true passion in life, I often am using my big lens for wildlife photos! I made photography my full time career about 13 years ago. It has allowed me to be present at home and also spend time with amazing people documenting their life. I LOVE children, but adults are cool too!

I love to find beautiful luminous light, and capture true, simple moments that will forever make you remember what these days felt like.
